Sorry the swim clinic with Andy fell through for this weekend. I'll try to schedule one for next weekend. In its place, let's do the bike course of the Triangle Triathlon (15mi). I'm up for jogging part of the run course afterwards too. This is a *great* opportunity to familiarize yourself with the bike route. Let's try to beat the heat, and meet at the parking lot near the Old Beech Nature Trailhead in Lake Crabtree County Park (see the map on pg. 4).

Three people participated in this event. The hills were big, but each spoke seemed short. We can do this!
